CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to allow any guest on our waiting list to fill your spot. A credit card is now required for all appointments.
To our Zürich guests: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment as things may happen, please notify us 48 hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount of your experience.

PAYMENT
In Barcelona, e-payment is required by the Spa before your appointment. In Zürich, we accept payment via bank transfer or cash only.
